(an hour ago)US President Donald Trump said he expects the ceasefire to enter into force on all fronts, including between Israel and Hezbollah supported by Iran in Lebanon.
In a post on the Social Truth, the American president said he expects the Middle East countries of “maintain their commitment to allow the development of our negotiations”, reports BBC.
“We expect a full ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon, Hezbollah and Israel”, he added.
The first point of the US-Iran agreement states “the immediate and permanent suspension of military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon”.
But Israel has said there are no plans to withdraw its troops from Lebanon, and today there were attacks in the south of the country, according to Lebanese state media.
