Various sources told French media Agence-French Presse that the cabinet would be introduced after the Yugoslav pardon, while Ahmad Mutakqi, declared in the social media that the ceremony was being prepared at the presidential palace in Kanbul.

The supreme leader of the movement, Haibatullah Akhundzada, is expected to have absolute power in the new governing council, with the president under his feet, said Taliban officials, Pryskopi escorts.

Islamic militants had governed Afghanistan through a council that was not chosen by citizens, brutally strengthening a form of the law of maturity from 1996 until 2001 when they were overthrown by American-led forces.

Haibatullahu, a religious scholar from Kandahar whose son was blown up in a suicide mission, is expected to play a theocratic role like that played by Iran's Supreme Leader.

A senior Taliban leader, Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai, said women would be allowed to work but could have no room for them in the government cabinet.
