In a video provided by neighborhood observers, which we're broadcasting, the car seems to have slipped from the parking lot where it was even though it didn't seem to be pushed by someone and there wasn't an earthquake at that point.
Initially, it was thought to be parked incorrectly in the green area, but the video seems to deny that.
