My attitude is that the Berlin process is necessary but also simultaneously sufficient for European travel. The Balkans, it's 12 states. And the Western Balkans have the Berlin Process. But regional initiatives do not believe they should be done without the EU inside. And it should also be stressed that the Republic of Kosovo is an independent state for which all of us should engage No matter what position we have and wherever we are, we express our knowledge of it.
