Gastronomers threatened with the removal of crates, reactions from ATK come

Continued measures related to pandemic by the government for the next two weeks have prompted gastronomers to react again. This time they warned the removal of fiscal crates from their businesses. This step says the election campaign is one more reason. “We cannot develop the inside activity, which [...]

And we can't have this activity inside, which we have for a living, and if we look at the locals that are filling them for electoral campaign, this is going to be unacceptable on our part, and then we've said that if we're stopping with function within the premises and on the other side are filling them for campaigns, we have to throw the fiscal crates before the state”, said Petrit Klokoqi, chairman of the Gastronomy Association.

Gastronomers are seeking to be financially supported by the State.

“Cd any activities that are prohibited should be helped by economic or subsidised for wages, subsisting the dogs so that we respect these” measures, Klokoqi said.

ATK Director Ilir Murtezaj claims that any business that does not issue fiscal coupons will be punished up to a thousand euros.

For any transaction that does not issue fiscal coupons regarding their sales, then the Law envisions the publication of punitive measures, in this case the mandated fine for any business-related coupons. The value of the fine could be between 125 and 1,000 euros, depending on the level of business circulation for the corresponding”, he said.

New provisions under the Law are not allowed in closed environments to have more than four at a table.
