President of Olympic Committee Kosovo, Ismet Krasniqi, has hosted prominent footballer Besart Berisha today
Berisha, former member of the National of Albania and Kosovo, has returned to his homeland, with whom weeks ago signed contracts with the largest club in the country, FC Pristina.
President Krasniqi, thanking Berisha for the visit, praised his achievements as a player, saying Berisha has represented our country in the best way, especially during his successful career in Australia, where he broke records becoming the best goalist in history.
Even Berisha, thanking President Krasniqi for the meeting, expressed gratitude for the KOK's achievements, with special emphasis on Olympic gold medals won in Rio 2016 and especially in Tokyo 2020.
In the end, President Krasniqi donated a fan of the Kosovo Olympic team that participated in Tokyo 2020, as well as the photo-reporting book “Golden Debutation”, dedicated to Olympic champion Majlinda Kelmendi.
