At the start of the concert, which was organised by the Korca municipality, unknown people threw tear gas.
However, the smoke spread very quickly, and the concert did not stop.
Unofficially, some are taught that some people are associated with the police.
Before the concert, several city streets of Korca were blocked and numerous police forces surrounded the perimeter of the area where the organisation is under way to maintain public order.
The participation of singer Bregovic in this concert has been rejected in Kosovo and Albania.

These objections, claiming his songs awakened Serbian nationalism and urged Serbian soldiers to cause massacres in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The atmosphere before the launch of this concert in Korca was quiet.
Flight Cenoli, resident of Korca, said she does not understand objections about Bregovic's participation, as she says <x0kanga is better than war”.
“Song will sing and go, sʹ will wage war”, she said.

On the other hand, the organisers' decision to make entry into the concert with tickets costing 1,000 dollars has seemed unfair to the courier, Denis Guri.
I haven't been in the other days, not today that it's worth”, he said.
Meanwhile, a citizen who had gone there from Burrely welcomed the concert and atmosphere of August 22nd.
“Doesn't mind the Albanian or Kosovo state, or Goran Bregovaqi”, Basir Salaj said.
Beer Fest in Korca started on August 18th and ends on Sunday 22nd.
Several Albanian singers and sponsors of this organisation withdrew from turnout last days in the continuation of objections concerning Goran Bregovic's participation.
