Police said belts used for suicide attacks, hand grenades and rifles were confiscated in this raid.
The anti-terrorism department did not elaborate on the nationality of militants killed.
The anti-terrorism police are a special branch of Pakistani police fighting militant groups.
Kueta is the capital of the province of Baluccistan where the IS group has carried out several attacks in recent years. The IS terrorist group has regional branches in both Pakistan and neighboring Afghanistan.
