Minister Haxhiu says they have not yet decided on the scenario of how to veto

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu said the institution she is leading has not yet decided on the scenario with which the process of vetoing the justice system will take place.

At a conference on media, after the Government meeting, Haxhiu said they are working intensively to become vetoing, since, as he said, this process is <x0).

And we haven't decided which scenario we're going to follow, but if we don't go with constitutional changes, we're going to have the plan B, so if constitutional changes fail in the Kosovo Assembly to have the plan B through legal changes. We've said we're working with experts to see if we can make any mistakes in this direction”, Haxhi said.

The minister stressed that very soon they will come up with the scenario for vetoing, but added that there must be political consensus for that.

I believe that we will soon come up with the scenario, and in this direction I think that political consensus is also important, I plan that very soon to meet other parliamentary groups, so that we can have their support for a process that is very important and in the service of citizens”, she said.
