“In the Clinic of Pediatrics, in COVID-19, a total of 10 children are being treated. Their situation is stable”, Batalli Kapuska said of Telegrafi.
Paddy Batalli-Kupska said children with COVID-19 who are being treated at the Paddy Clinic have gone there with various symptoms.
“There have been symptoms of respiratory and gastrointhestinal lesions, which means they've got stomachs, they've got vomiting, they've got coughing, they've got fever, and they've also got slowness”, she said.
There are 24 beds currently dedicated to the children infected with coronavirus.
Batalli-Supika also talked about vaccinating children with an anti vaccine. - CO VID.
She said that there should be vaccination of those over 16 years old, meanwhile for children between 12 and 16 years of age explained in which cases they should be vaccinated.
Until now from 12 to 16, recommendations are to vaccinate children, or teenagers who suffer from chronic diseases. Chronic diseases include arthritis, cystic fibrosis, children with diabetes, asthma, and so forth, she said.
On the other hand, the pediatrics called for as many vaccination of people as possible over 16 years.
We don't have statistics, we don't know if anyone under 16 has been vaccinated, but over 16 years of age from now they should be vaccinated normally. The vaccine is salvation, so to see our children smile, and not neglect the symptoms, but to present immediately to pediatric”, she called.
Otherwise, the Kosovo University Clinical Hospital Service has indicated that 1,179 patients are lying in COVID clinics and general hospitals.
