He tried to kill a man because he didn't give him information about his wife, he's got an act of adultery against his own blood.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the Department for War Crimes, has filed charges against defendants St. V., due to criminal acts “attempted murder”, and, “Keeping arms in ownership, control or unauthorized possession”.

According to the indictment, on March 16, 2021, in Gjakova, he deliberately attempted to deprive the injured K. Lee, where the defendant goes to his workshop, threatens to kill him in case he doesn't share information about his wife.

The same guy threatened to kill two more injured, E.T., and the V.H., who were present at the same bar. The defendant then goes to his vehicle takes the gun into the workshop and goes to the office of the injured K. Lee, he's trying to open the door that was locked in the key, then he shoots into the office, thinking the injured one is inside”, says the news report to the media.
Others were stressed that with these actions the defendant committed criminal acts “attempted murder”.

Also, the suspect earlier until March 16th 2021, without authorisation, has possessed weapons and ammunition, contrary to the applicable law regarding weapons, in the Republic of Kosovo.

With these actions the defendant committed criminal work “holding ownership, checking or unauthorized possession of weapons”.

The prosecutor of the case has nominated the competent Court, which defendant St. A V, be punished according to the law for the offenses he is charged with.
