The exile, Kurt's letter: Don't pay my insurance to cut my grandmother and veterans' pension.

An exile living in Germany named Fuat Ademiaj has written a public letter to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti about the removal of the border policy and which is expected to burden Kosovo's poor budget more. Adrej, who has published the letter on Facebook, has stated that there is no need for the state of Kosovo to pay for its security.
I don't need to be paid insurance from Kosovo's poor budget. Did you stop my 92-year-old grandmother's retirement case for the security of my car, which costs several thousand euros? Or maybe even war veterans will be cut off from their pensions to get into <x1 heater” with a wireter?
On the other hand, he has warned Kurti that with these actions he will not win his vote as a citizen, while calling for money allocated on the issue to be built nests, hospitals, and professional schools for young people to be independent.
Otherwise, the Kosovo government on 22 June made a decision to cover full border security for all fellow countrymen who are subject to border police and come to Kosovo by the end of 2021.
The Kosovo government has allocated 6m euros to cover the security police.
But with this CEC decision, the Kosovo government will pay only 65% of the security police, while the remaining 35% will be paid by the CEC.
Even last year this payment was covered by the Government.
Last year the Kosovo government had paid 1.1m euros, as because of the pandemic, the arrival of its countrymen has been smaller.
This is the complete exile post:
Dear Prime Minister,
I've lived in Germany for a few years, and within a year, at least twice I visit my native Pec.
I don't write to complain, but to express my disagreement about securing vehicle at the border.
I know very well the situation of my countrymen living in Kosovo. Part of them live by the war veteran's social and pension assistance, with terriblely low payments, which do not guarantee even minimal food to spend the month.
Thank you, Prime Minister Kurti, for the mailmen you want to pay the border police, since Kosovo is still not part of the green Carton.
I don't need the poor Kosovo budget paid me insurance.
Did you stop my 92-year-old grandmother's retirement case for the security of my car, which costs several thousand euros?
Or maybe even war veterans will be cut off from their pensions to get into their <x0 heater” with a wire?
If you think with this action, you can get my vote, you're wrong.
We managers only give for Kosovo, because there we have our homeland, our parents, our homes and our land. In Kosovo we have our blood.
With these separate tools, build nurserys and hospitals, build professional schools for young people to be independent.
Don't pay my insurance, you don't need it.
Fuat Ademiaj, Germany
