As seen in the photo, Haliti was in Grandi in downtown Pristina alone.
One of the KLA founders, however, has observed half the traffic light waiting for the cars on the other side to pass, Periscope follows.
It is not known how many seconds the light had been when Halit decided to cross half the street into the zebra.
