Russia created the Sputnik vaccine, but only a small part of the population has agreed to be vaccinated. It is about 19.5 million people, totaling 146 million. Polls, meanwhile, say around 60% of Russians have no desire to vaccinate in the future.
The situation in city hospitals seems serious, and numerous images show patients and left on the floor in the corridors because the beds are busy.
