NJOFTIM legal status of companies: “J U n COSTROJ” Belgrade, “INDUSTRIA GOSHA” Smederevska Pallanka, “CIC” Kumanovo”

Based on Article 5 of the Law for the Kosovo Privatisation Agency No. 04/L-034 (AKP Law), and AKP chapter 3, of the AKP's Operational Policy, the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (“AKP”) as trust management, defines the status of its companies and assets on Kosovo territory, based on documentation and available testimony. In this regard, June 07th, 2021 announces this:

Based on AKP Board of Directors' decision no. Ref. BD-13/05/9, 25/06/20.

Company assets “J U n COSTROJ” Belgrade, KPS1526/ PRN198, located on Kosovo's territory, are social property and fall under the Agency's administrative competencies.

Based on AKP Board of Directors' decision no. Ref. BD-139/75, dated 25/09/20.

Company assets “INDUSTRIA GOSHA” Smederevska Pallanka, KPS1525 / PRN199, located on Kosovo's territory, are social property and fall under the Agency's administrative competencies.

Based on AKP Board of Directors' decision no. Ref. BD-145/64, 29/01/2021.

Company assets “CIC” Kumanovo, (Cevlarska Industrial “CIC” KPS1528 / PRN1203, located on Kosovo's territory, are social property and fall under the Agency's administrative competencies.

Important note:

The agency after the company's status is determined, which falls under its administrative competence, begins with the process of liquidating the company and assets, after which payments from their financial means from their sale to “Editors” and “Qualified servants” are implemented in the same amount of rights.

The parties interested after announcing this 30-day announcement could file complaints against the AKP Board of Directors' decision near the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo in Pristina on issues concerning the Kosovo Privatisation Agency.
