Former President Obama has on Facebook given a photo of his wife, happy birthday.

And the crowd of commentators is joined by President Bulliqi who wrote “Happy Birthday”, past Periscope.

Last year's Fati is mayor of Podujevo, and is believed to be reruning from Vetevendosje for another mandate in October this year in local elections.

Bulliqi was chairman of the Commission for Restructing Border Marking with Montenegro, but is not known if he continues to remain in the post. His colleague, Florim Isufi, has resigned from this position. /Periscope
