Jean-Luc Mellenchon, French politician, candidate in presidential elections, has experienced an embarrassing moment when during the protests organised in Paris, a citizen covered him with flour.
He was speaking to reporters about the freedom march held in French cities when a man approached him with flour on his face.
So far in connection with this incident, no one has been arrested, and Melenchon has stressed that such a “should be stopped”, alluding to attacks on politicians every time and again.

Last week, French President Emmanuel Macron, a young man slapped him, forcing his bodyguards to intervene to calm the situation.
The attacker, who was immediately arrested, has been sentenced to four months in prison, while the French president himself has described the case as an isolated “rast”.
