Sentenced for sexual assault, Balic says the prosecutor's father demanded 50,000 euros

Balic claims that Muharrem Hoti, the prosecutor's father, has asked his friends for 50 thousand euros in exchange for being released in custody.

However, attorney Muharrem Hoti and his son, prosecutor Arben Hoti, have asked Balic that if he possesses evidence of his claims, he deposits the investigative organs.

According to Balic's claims, during his time in custody, prosecutor Arben Hoti's father, Muharrem Hoti, has demanded an estimated 50,000 euros through several friends to be released from custody.

Balic has not told the names of his friends nor the exact place where such a request occurred.

Otherwise, today former Health Minister Numan Balic has been found guilty of the criminal offence of sexual assault.
