The “have encountered visa-free passports with women, children, brothers, friends, self-self, and in some cases even lovers”, he said.
Meanwhile, Koci says his problem is with young people, who are unable to develop academically or intellectually.

No Kosovo politician who owns Albania's citizenship had been entrusted to negotiating visa liberalisation.
They've had visa-free passports with women, children, brothers, friends, themselves, and in some cases even lovers.
Of course, they have no idea what the punishment, humiliation, and expense goes through, on the occasion of visa application.
Moreover, the effort is very often missed.
In fact, I'm feeling a lot like youth.
They are being hampered by schooling, intellectual development and walking; they are not developing in equal conditions, with peers in the region.
They're simply being discriminated against.
