It is a small town 16km south of Pristina known for interethnic incidents and Glauk Konjufca.
This city is taught to be among the oldest in Kosovo, and whose name, translated by Serbian, means “peme bliqi”. Another theory says that this city, whose map looks like a dog or a cat until it runs, says that its name stems from Ulpiana, the Roman settlement.
