Clan Kosovo cameramen have photographed his phone screen, where it is evident that he has had communication with Kurti, which he recorded under the name “Albin VV”.
Hoxha became the 80th deputy to provide Kuorum to Vjosa Osman to become president. It's believed that Mr. Hoxha will be the deputy minister in the Government of Kosovo in exchange for the vote, Periscope follows.
