(5 years ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, KPRC's Department of Criminal Crimes, has filed charges against defendants C.I., due to criminal acts “heavy murder”, from Article 173 paragraph, <x2Vrasses to attempted”, from Article 172 regarding KPRK Article 28, and, <x4Land of the body”, from 185 paragraph of the Code...
According to the indictment, in July 2020, in the village of Bardhanijq, the defendant C.I., deliberately deprived of life in his home, where as long as the deceased was now in the bedroom, the defendant takes a knife of an iron hammer into the kitchen, using it to open the door of the room and stabs it several times in the head and other parts of the body, causing fatal injuries.
With these actions the defendant committed a criminal offence “grave murder”.
His wife, D, was present in the bedroom. M, where the defendant stabs him in the left arm and in the right hand.
With these actions the defendant has committed criminal work “light bodily access”.
The same goes to the next room where the victim's son, M.M., was present, beating him several times in various parts of the body, causing serious bodily injury.
With these actions, the defendant committed criminal work “attempted murder”.
The prosecutor of the case has proposed to the competent court that the defendant C.I. be punished according to the law for the criminal acts imposed on him.
