First Iranian oil tankers leave the Hormuz Strait

Cisterna carrying Iranian crude oil has left the Hormuz Strait for the first time since the United States launched the naval blockade two months ago, a website tracking ship movements said on 17 June.
This development comes as senior representatives of Iran and the US are expected to sign an initial agreement in Switzerland on 19 June aimed at ending the war that began in late February.
The signing ceremony of the US-Iran agreement will be held at a mountain resort in Switzerland, REL reports, broadcast Periscope.
The Tanker Truckers website, which traces oil storage and transport, confirmed the movement of Iran's first “export crude oil in two months”, based on digital data it said coincides with satellite images.
At least two tankers of the Iranian National Custers Company, including two super-cysternas with crude oil called “Diona” and “Hero2” that have passed through the American Navy blockade area, are loaded with 3.8 million barrels of crude Iranian oil from state terminals and then moved towards their destinations”, Tankers Trackers wrote on the X-page website.
Later, the company announced that even a third Iranian tank had gone through the US naval blockade.
Iran and the United States signed the memorandum of understanding to end the war on 15 June electronically, drafted in the form of a comprehensive document.
In addition to the end of the war, this memorandum also focused on the reopening of the Hormuz Strait, the key waterway from which typically exceeds a fifth of the global shipments of oil and gas. /Periscope/
