The worker at the Ministry of Labour and Social Management, Nnomza Ibishi-Zogaj, has today handed over criminal outcry to the Pristina Foundation Prosecutor, against the seven officials of this ministry.
Ibishi Zogaj says her colleagues have misused official position and authority by means of whom her basic work rights have been violated.
She says her legal confrontation with officials of this ministry started years ago.
Accompanied “I am sending Penal Calation delivered today by me (Nojomza Ibisi Zogaj, employee at the Ministry of Labour and Social Management) to the Pristina Foundation Prosecutor / General Department. This Penal consignment has been exercised against the seven officials of the Ministry of Labour and Social Management, who depending on their leadership positions and simple official positions have misused official position and authority, with what my basic work rights have been violated. My legal confrontation with those quoted started years ago, depending on your interest and perspective in case it's of public interest, I ask you to publish it”, says her reaction. Criminal charge has been filed against: Musa Demiri, Jehona Bunjaku-Arifi, Kaltrin Cakoli, Ismail Gashi, Feim Osmani, Adem Bajgora, Ferinaze Isufi.
