Obilic Chairman Resigns AAK Functions

Gashi has declared that he has resigned as a result of recent political developments taking place in the party's structure in Obilic, Periscopi reports.

He will continue to exercise the office of Obilic chairman.

The AAK's resignation has also provided nine assemblyists from the Communist branch Assembly.

Dear fellow workers, colleagues, family and friends,

noble companions,

More than 15 years since I am active in public life and in the service of citizens Kosovo, while a whole team of professionals started the political journey for government at the local level since 2013, for these seven and a half years together we have witnessed genuine commitment and commitment to the implementation of numerous projects that have a direct impact on changing the welfare of the citizens of Obilic. With full attention I have followed all recent political developments, separately developments that are taking place within the structure The Alliance in Obilic, so as a result of these situations, I feel a moral obligation but also a human to announce that I have made this decision:

- I'm resigning irrevocable from the chairman of the branch. AAK in Obilic and all my functions and responsibilities within the structure The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo at both the local and central level, while continuing my commitment as chairman of the Obilic municipality.

This resignation comes from developments within the structure Alliance in Obilic, following the resignation of nine assemblyists The Municipal Assembly, branch leadership, youth forum, and 21 underseas have joined this resignation and many activists with whom we traveled. No-realisation of central-level promises for comprehensive implementation Obilic Law in particular in terms of the question of citizens' employment Obilics, an intrepid demand of residents as well as given that KEK's needs are necessary, despite my non-stopring commitment to this issue has never been created a solution to this problem, and, as a result of the continued demand of citizens of Obilics, for my political commitment to continue as independent chairman. So, always in front of any kind of interest or obedience in the first place I have the citizen of Obilic, so for me, the citizen's belief is a sacred value which is proven through the shared will to build the city of Obilichi.

Over those seven and a half years, we've been living major projects:

We legalized Obilic, which treats it as a special area by creating new opportunities in the realisation of numerous projects in each sector.

We enabled transparency to all citizens of Obilics, regardless of obedience or idea, race or ethnicity, increase the efficiency of citizens' services by building the new municipal object, the object of the civil office and the archive object.

We built the bridge in the village of Plemetin by solving the many problems in that area, completed many roads and segments of supporting infrastructure, completing the fundamental conditions for living,

-Obilic has over 6,000 light jars, as a city of lights, is offering security to all citizens in villages, neighbourhoods or cities. In the area of the city, we've made the extension of security cameras, a project that will be realised even in rural areas.

In health, we offered quality health services and as close to our citizens, we built the QMF in the village of Milosevo, The AMF in the village of Breznica, as well as the renovation of existing health facilities. At request from students and students, we have begun building the City Library, which will provide opportunities for the development of studies and instruction for our younger generations to contribute to city building in the near future.

- We're a community “champion” for this is an area of subvention in education, culture, youth, sports, health and agriculture, so:

- In the field of education, out of 13 scholarships for students while they were in the first term of governance, we distributed 50 scholarships, and over the last two years we distributed over 1,000 scholarships and scholarships to compensate travel expenses for students and students in our municipality. We're the first municipality to do the subsidization of post-diplomatic studies.

-In the field of culture, youth and sports through the public subvention call we have supported sports and cultural clubs, because our whole commitment is focused on empowering and advancing young people and talented young and very energetic Obilic youth.

In the field of health, in addition to subvention of serious health cases, since last year we've started subsidizing women lehoa by 150, also since 2014 we've been subvening the mortal ceremonies of death. Also, we have realised the grant-scan for subvention of “mothers and women in business”, worth 50,000, being the first municipality to make such a scheme. We've started subsidising the citizens affected by Covid-19 by $100, while for citizens who lost their battle with this virus, their families will be subsidized by 300, this will be accomplished until the end of this pandemic.

In the agriculture field, we only spent over 520 thousand euros last year to subsidize and help farmers and farmers in the Obilic municipality.

- For sports lovers we have operated Sports Palestrave “Adem Jashari” and built many open sports fields, while for culture and art fans we have built the Culture House that carries the hero's name “Xhavit Haziri”.

-In the field of cultural heritage, we did the restoration of the “Behramajve” and <x2Hysenas” in the village of Graboc, affecting the growth of tourism in the area.

In the field of the environment, we have created new green spaces so for our citizens both in the city and in the villages we built new parks with suitable spaces for all age groups.

- We're in the finalisation of the city square “The witnesses of the Nation” as well as the realisation of the “Adem Preniqi” in whose spaces were once de-arranged and outdated objects, we did their collapse to open up the possibility that Obilic will have the view of a modern city and gradually become a green city.

- Even in the space of the former general. KEK, an environment with demoted objects, we turned it into a green park.

-Realized cleaning and expanding riverbeds and permafrosts, affecting that during the floods, serious damage is not caused in infrastructure or family economies.

-We did the unblocking of the industrial zone in the village of Lazzareve, in this area the business park will now be created, thus affecting economic empowerment of the economy. Obilics and changing social welfare for citizens to increase jobs.

-We've started building the central heating facility, under the implementation of the Cogeneration Project for the citizens of Obilic.

-Obilic already has local Public Company, which will do the maintenance of green spaces, public parks and squares, cultural and sports sites, at the same time create opportunities for the opening of new jobs for citizens.

Let me stress that despite the many challenges, we managed to realise our common goals and never at any time gave up what was right and more necessary for the citizens of Obilic, normally in real co-ordination with central institutions, so Obiliki has become a new reality, in a city that is getting new modern views.

Finally, with eternal respect, I bow down and honor the work of all heroes who are not among us, who since my youth began serving my homeland, while today I thank my family, all my colleagues, colleagues, activists who supported political activity, thank the executive and municipal officials, who with their hard work enabled the implementation of all these projects, thank the municipal assembly for the unity shown in supporting major projects, thank civil society, such cooperation in the service function of citizens will continue further. I thank every citizen Obilics separately for their support and contribution to our common cause for Obilics, and I assure them that as far as now our co-operation will continue, as we have said the <x0 projectors together we will choose, together we will oversee and together we will enjoy! ”
