The charges recently come from former LDK delegation Naser Rugova. He says all he's seeing is that Isa Mustafa is intent on having head clans.
“Party Speaker or clan head. From what I'm looking at, I'm afraid Isa Mustafa and his friends are targeting this second”, Rugova wrote.
