Recently, many have written me friends and enemies, asking why as a lawyer, he is protecting individuals who have committed serious criminal acts.

Of course, I don't have a professional dilemma for the way I'm going.

I never betray a client or a profession despite the personal price I can pay.

But to those who don't understand the role of a lawyer, I can tell you:

I hope you never need a lawyer.

Remember, though, that life is not known. It's a little more complex and unpredictable than when you write from coughs.

You may need a lawyer. And on that occasion, you would understand the role of this noble profession.

You know, some things in life, they're not always in control.

Otherwise, here's what the Lawyer's Professional Ethics Code sees:

Article 30

The lawyer is obliged to receive the defendant's offered defence, regardless of the defendant's personality and the type of work, as well as to represent the damaged side in criminal cases.

Article 31

The lawyer should not refuse protection in criminal cases because protection is difficult, that there is undeniable evidence of the work done, that the side has accepted the work done because of the weight of the work and reactions of the public opinio.

As you can see, the lawyer has a duty to protect the defendant, regardless of the defendant's personality, and the type of work.
