“Yes has been used as a means to achieve support from both activists and citizens in greater numbers. Many citizens in Kosovo think that the solution for the future is Kosovo's union with Albania. So it's also related to what I said earlier that I have the conviction that Kurt repeatedly shares statements in terms of popularity and access to power more than are the beliefs you're committed to without considering whether to return to personal”, Kastrati said on the <x2-Fromental” show.
Meanwhile, Kurti yesterday during a visit to Lezha, calling for Kosovo and Albania to co-ordinate towards the approach.
“No doubt that Albania and Kosovo as states as institutions should co-ordinate towards rapprochement, integration and unity, and I would say above all in key areas, in security, in energy and natural resources and foreign policy”, Kurti said away, as he was asked by the media even about the state union.
Kosovo's constitutionally conditioned “has a contradiction, Article 1.1 says Kosovo is an independent state, while Article 1.3 forbids us from joining another state. In this sense, Kosovo's independence does not constitutionally allow joining another independent state, but also presents the obstacle to integration as it is European. In Kosovo, we do not have the law for referendum and do not change the Constitution, but, of course, this is the historical intensity and the desire of Albanians”, he has said.
