The initiative accuses Mytaher Haskuka of family appointment at the DKA, calling them scandalous

In a script published on the Initiative's official page, they say most of Prizren's teaching commissions in the DKA, chairman of the commissions have been appointed the director of the Krajk School “Mittzer Frasher”, Heme Chocaj, while his wife Shhatri has been appointed chairman of the commission of complaints and prefixes in the same contests, which is the secretary of the school “Zun Chocaj> in John.

So Heme Chocaj and Albanian Shatri are the couple from Prizren who are holding two main positions in the Municipal Education Directorate (DKA) in this municipality.

Although, by law 06/ L-01 for preventing conflict of interest in the exercise of public office, says two members of the same family cannot work in the same country.

“Director 06/ L-01 for the prevention of conflict of interest in the exercise of public office, which accurately stipulates that two members of the same family cannot be appointed to public functions, in organs that have each other's subjective examination. It has never been seen to date that the husband is appointed chairman of the commission in contests, while his wife is appointed for the same chairing commission competitions. These appointments are in full legal violation 06\ L-011 for preventing conflict of interest in the exercise of public office”, the Law says.

But, couple from Prizren keep a second job, Heme Chocaj is principal at the “Mithat Frasher” school secretary “Zenun Chocaj”.

In connection with the case, the Initiative has also published documents, as well as invited justice bodies to investigate these cases.
