Municipal official in Rahovec sentenced to 2,000 euros for counterfeiting official document

The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has announced that it has declared a conviction case against indictees M.M., municipal official in Rahovec who is accused of counterfeiting the official document.

The chairman of the War Crimes Department, Drilon Harachia, found him guilty of criminal acts and pronounced him jail sentences of six months after the initial review, the M.M. defendant, formerly pleaded guilty according to the indictment, reports Klan Kosova.

At the defense request, the sentence was replaced by fines in many of the two thousand (2000).

The defendant M.M. is accused of being geometers near the Directorate for Cadaster, Geodeze and Property in the Rahovec municipality on June 11, 2019, compiled the official letter and with false signature confirms the official document.

Against this bias, the parties have the right to complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written-shaped bias.
