Kurt owns one hand for the new citizen's car until he seems to be taking a picture even though it doesn't show up from the whole picture.
What's impressive, though, is that in front of the citizen's car that Mr. Kurt is another car waiting to move forward just in the opposite direction.
It is not known which of the citizens may have had the advantage of crossing, while by the narrowness of the road it may mean that we are dealing with a ban on the opposite leg.
From the reflection it seems that there is former Minister Rosafa Hoxha.
