He has announced that the trial is under way in the “case Stanta” where over 50 persons were present.
This conflicts with the Health Ministry's decision to determine that there should be no more than 30 people in closed environments.
Koci says he has filed the case before the court, and that he has proposed the immediate interruption of the hearing but that it has been refused, Periscopi follows.
Even all our political parties without exception are committing violations of anti-Condavid measures through their gathering.
Mr. Koci:
At the Foundation Court in Pristina, judgment is being held in the “case Stanta”
There's over 50 of us in the Justice Department room where the hearing is being held.
This number of people in the hall, is contrary to the Health Ministry's decision, which stipulates that in closed environments, there can't be over 30 people under anti-David measures.
I brought this case before the court, and proposed that the trial be immediately terminated.
I even talked to the policemen present.
My proposal was rejected!
