He writes:
Bulqi quickly attacks a citizen who was in an ambulance with his mother. The citizen denouncing himself to the police, and Bulliqi exposes him. Everybody with yours. Nothing's possible because nothing's working out. There was a camera. Whose Word Is News?
In such a situation, the truth lies in reports of power. We have a mayor in front of a clerk; a powerman who holds political power, with police and bodyguards in front of a naked clerk. The report is not just police. Fat is his employer. Fat guy's got his own economic life. That fact puts more courage than bodyguards and police.
