Haradinaj from Decani: Kosovo Army in NATO by 2024 or referendum on union with Albania

AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has been present today at the central rally in Decani.

Expected by thousands of sympathisers, Haradinaj has talked about AAK's plans for the economy, health and foreign policy.

Haradinaj, who is also a candidate for president, has also grasped the topic of dialogue with Serbia.

While we, like Kosovo, know where we are going, so we have the allies and clear intentions”, he stressed.

Haradinaj special emphasis on his speech gave membership in NATO.

“We're looking for a time contract dealing with entry NATO. We are in our army's third year of consolidation, a plan we've done with America, and it's a 10-year plan”, Haradinaj said.

“Plants are that in 2024 the Kosovo Army will be ready for membership in NATO. If by this year, when we have completed our preparations, no political obstacles that come from Serbia have been removed, then I am convinced that our allies will seriously consider the option that I have proposed, that we cross our own path, which is the union referendum with Albania”, Haradinaj declared as the hall was electrified after this pledge.
