Two Gjilan police officials involved in kidnapping two Macedonian citizens

So has the Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Ra's Crime Department, announced, adding that the same are in custody for 48 hours.

V.K., B.N., M.I., F.S., and V.K. are suspected that in the village of Stanishor, the Novoberda municipality have kidnapped two citizens of Macedonia with the aim of material gain and the same have been held in a villa.

The case's “Procuror, within the legal deadline for the defendants, will seek the appointment of the detention measure by the competent Court in Gjilan.”, the Gjilan Prosecutor's Prosecution Report said.

Five people are detained for kidnapping, including two police officials.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, the Department for Criminal Crime, has detained five (5) persons, now defendants V.K., B.N., M.I., F.S., and V.K. in the course of 48 hours, with suspicion that they have carried out the crime act ?

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has taken these actions in co-operation with Kosovo Police and the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, as two police officials are among the defendants.

It is alleged that the case has occurred in the village of Stanishor the Novoberda municipality, where defendants on February 16, 2021, with the aim of material gain, have kidnapped two Macedonian citizens, who have been held at a villa in the upper country.

The prosecutor of the case, within the legal deadline for the defendants, will request the appointment of the detention measure by the competent Court in Gjilan.
