In this status stemming from multiple spelling mistakes, Mr. Cocaj has openly voiced his opposition to the Open Balkans.
“Whoever has two logical threads in his head realizes that without recognition of Kosovo, through the Open Balkans, Vucinqiqi and others like him, would come as rulers,” wrote Mr. Heads, follow Periscope.
He has declared he will not allow the Open Balkans “until he is alive”.
We remember that Mr. Heads also promised to send a space satellite to the Kurti II government.
