Of those indicted, who are judges Violet Rugova, Florie Zatriqi and Sami Shardaku, 100 thousand euros are required.
“convinced that the court's decisions and actions in the criminal case against Mr. Shaban Gogaj, from the reopening of the judicial review to November 25th, 2021, was not only arbitrary, illegal, and unconstitutional but also extremely dangerous for judicial security, and for which judges are not protected by functional immunity in qualities of Mr. Gogates and his parent, on November 26th, 2021, near the Foundation Court in Pec, we filed charges of compensation for non- material damage”, Berisha has announced.
The murder of young Agonys Tetay at the workplace caught the attention of the opinion because two days before the Constitutional Court in Pec declared the indictment against accused Shaban Gogaj, heavy images were published by the father of the deceased.
And this work was described as a careless murder for which the prosecutor was disfellowshipped and the subject was assigned to the district attorney, who is defending the case in Pec.
According to the Page Prosecutor's Act, September 23, 2018, at the “Company Gogaj AG”, Shaban Gogaj, receives a phone call from another person who in the indictment has been named a witness from which the conversation is later seen as irritated.
Furthermore, it is said that the late Agonis Tetaj had immediately left towards the stocks in front of him for nearly 5m, while the two witnesses in the case depart with him.
According to the indictment, Gogaj, after completing his conversation on the phone, pulls out his type “Beretta”, puts the magatator and takes it to the deceased Agonys Tetaj's head, killing him.
In this case the accused is also Isuf Cacaj, who is tasked with illegal possession.
Meanwhile, the Court in Pec has dismissed lawyer Berisha from the case, but that the trial has remained blocked because Oda of Lawyers is refusing to appoint a new lawyer for Gogaj.
