The diaspora primarily sends remittances directly to their families, not to governments and the state. I'm told the prime minister that with the government's change has increased remittances, it's an insult to the diaspora. It's an insult to the diaspora because it means that prior to February 14, the diaspora didn't trust their families and therefore didn't send them much money. So, according to the prime minister, before February 14th, exiles thought their mothers and brothers were thieves, they were protomafia, they were criminals. Just after February 14th, they started trusting their mothers. Bravo Kurti Government.
