Following the December 11th convention today, the vote in Korca, Debar, Lezha, Tirana and all other districts for the referendum approved by the PD Refounding Commission a week ago for the dismissal of chief Democrat Basha.
There's been no problem voting in four Debar County municipalities.
Although low polling temperatures have started at 8 o'clock as instructed. There are no problems reported as we speak, and there are concerns even though weather conditions are cold.
