The aforementioned citizen has made a record of lights on the “Agim Ramadani” road, which was blocked today in honour of the arrival of Croatian President Zoran Milanovic.
There are lights on the road that were released at the point of the day, perhaps honoring this visit, perhaps because someone forgot to stop, follows Periscope.
We invite the relevant organs to stop these lights, as citizens also discourage the power to save the current in this energy crisis.
