This video has circulated throughout social media in the east African country, with many users expressing concerns.
Police chiefs have seen their words as irresponsible, unacceptable and reckless, Pryscopy sent by the BBC.
The video reinforces the view of many Kenyans that some of the police officials act like bandits.
