While the defendant's defender, lawyer Afrem Radoniqi, said that after consulting with his defence, they have come to the conclusion of admitting guilty to two points of the indictment.
Afterwards, Judge Drilon Harachia has refused to plead guilty to the accused in terms of illegal gun-holding, as the criminal act of serious murder and illegal weapons have links between themselves.
He informed the accused and his defender that the second review will not be held, but that they have the right to submit in writing the request to drop the charge and reject evidence within 30 days.
According to the indictment, on February 11, 2020, in the village of Brnjak, the Rahovec municipality, right in the home of the deceased, with the aim of benefiting rich, accused Gani Krezi, has deliberately deprived his brother, B.K.
The indictment says that the accused had previously known that the brother had a considerable amount of money that he had taken with him from Switzerland's state and on the critical day, Gani Kreez had gone to his home, supposedly to send a total of $7,000 money from the son of the late B. K, Altinit Yasar Cukiqit, on behalf of a debt.
The Actakuz says that during a joint conversation, the accused had been insulted by the deceased on the grounds that he was interfering with his family.

With these actions, the same is charged with having committed criminal work “maintaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code. This work is fined for up to 7 thousand and 500 euros or to prison for up to five years.
