Through a report to the media, the prosecution has suggested that the case has been initiated at the order of the state prosecutor in the direction of the criminal act “Canosa”.
“After reporting threats to the V.K., as a result of statements made in a local television show, on December 16, 2021, the state prosecutor's order has initiated cases in the direction of criminal work “Canosja”, seen under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
The state prosecutor has authorised the police at the company of all necessary measures against this matter”, the report said.
Cateazi has said over 100 people have threatened him and that he has already opened the case in the Kosovo Police.
I took hundreds of life threats from different people from that day. These threats have also been prompted by reactions from the condemned group, which freely write and connect to Television. Today, I have officially filed cases in the police against a number of 100 people whose threats are very serious. In case there are already dealing with the Randa Crimes in the Police, the sector that is dealing with the verification and investigation of these cases. The number of cases open to the police is 2021 AB 3245<18x1> wrote Cateazi in his letter to AGK.
The Kosovo Journalists' Association has strongly condemned these threats and invited the police to provide security for journalist Kaitazi and the journalist's relatives.
“The AGK strongly condemns the life threats to Cajtazi and invites the Kosovo Police to provide security for him and his loved ones, as well as to prioritize the case presented by him”, AGKU reportedly.
By contrast, Cajtazi had declared that the Kumanovo Group is a criminal gang that has been armed to the teeth has gone to Macedonia and has fought with Macedonia's police forces, which include many Albanians as well.
According to Cajazi, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor has had an investigation into how this group had planned to attack the High Security Prison to get Bedri Krasniqi out of prison.
It has also further revealed Ali Ahmeti's journey to Pristina and the meetings he had held with Ramush Haradinaj, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin and Isa Mustaf, and from whom he had sought help, since Ahmeti himself was informed that an armed group from Kosovo was running through Macedonia.
It's a criminal gang, armed to the teeth, that went there and entered Kumanovo, into an area... straight to the Albanians? A criminal gang from here is going for Albanian rights there. Do you know there's after the investigation of the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo, that this gang has planned to attack the High Security Prison to bring out another criminal, like Bedri Krasniqi, which means we're forgetting these things and these facts. Macedonia, poor Gruevski cry, even if they are listening to us, let someone else speak, Gruevski's representative in Pristina, has come Ali Ahmeti, who has Ramush Haradinaj and has warned of a group running sides of the armada, but has no answer. Ramush is listening, let him say otherwise. It's for Hashim Thaci, who's not here, has a meeting with Kadri Veselin, and has to meet Prime Minister Isa Mustafa. All of these were asked for a solution because a Kosovo armed group has gone there and is causing unrest. So it was, in advance, that incident at the border police station, which means the police were disarmed. Don't let us be opurtunes now tell me if they're terrorists or not. They've gone to another Kosovo armed state, and those leaders have already seen it because they've come up with about 3 million euros worth of Macedonian service, those leaders have wanted to see, and some of them say they've got days and no days. It's going”, Kajtazi has declared.
