At Tuesday's session, the plaintiff said he remains on the whole behind the indictment and asked the court to compile a medical expertise from KKUK, so that he can prove that there have been injuries to a war with a degree of disabilities more than 20%, reports the “Justice Trust”.
After that, Judge Luljeta Maxun took the decision with which she approved the side proposal.
According to the indictment exercised on June 10, 2019, plaintiff G. The Sh is demanding the annulment of the MPMS decision, with the reasoning that they have not applied at all or applied to legal provisions.
The indictment states that in the procedure preceding the act, it has not been acted according to the rules of the procedure, the actual situation has not been correctly proved, and that an unfair conclusion has been drawn from proven.
The plaintiff considers that the commission has not adequately addressed his request and has not reasoned at all on rejection of the request.
By contrast, the MPMS ruling says only that the plaintiff's complaint has been rejected as unfounded.
