He apparently won't be present at dinner that will be held in Paris by French President Emmanuel Macro.
Other speakers in what has been recorded as the “Victory Address” will be Arben Vitita and Chief Prosecutor Glauk Konjufca.
Whether “Victory Trust” is made for Victory MP Pacolli or for the victory VV believes it can reach Pristina.
