Albin Kurti is campaigning for all of his party's candidates who are in a run-off. But its chief focus appears to be the capital, Pristina.
Kurti has held a late hour meeting with residents of the capital's Velani neighbourhood, without even participating candidate Arben Vitita.
In photos that Periscop has obtained from this meeting, Kurt is seen with MP Haki Abazi while Arben Vitita did not attend this meeting.
Also, Periscop learns that residents have told Kurt why he did not meet with the presidential candidate, Arben Year.
We remember that Albin Kurti has been publishing video and writings especially for Arben Year, but also for other VV candidates.
Otherwise, the run-off for local elections is held Sunday, where 24 Kosovo municipalities vote for the second time. /Periscope/
