According to the MD's response, it has denied intervention in Krasniqi's corruptness on the case of ordering the investigation into exit of the Mulolli Union prison, a collaborator of the State Prosecutor.
The prosecution body has named the “intervention in the state prosecutor's work” drafting the MD's Inspectorate report.
“Since it is the second time the Ministry of Justice is under attack for low purposes from the same portal, we will exercise civil indictments against this portal and as long as this issue is resolved by justice institutions we will not cooperate with it”, the Ministry of Justice has said.
In response, the ministry led by Albulen Haxhiu said that the MD's Inspectorate has found serious procedural violations in the case of escorting and release from prison to the Mulloll Union.
The MD's “Inspectorate has found serious violations of legal procedures concerning the release of this person sentenced by the prison. The violations are so great that the Inspectorate has recommended the dismissal of the director of the respective centre and the removal of measures for the staff involved in these violations”, the ministry said today.
Paparac, today, reported that certain actions by the Ministry of Justice are being described as intervention in a major case of high profile corruption. Deputy Prime Minister Blerim Sallah has ordered investigation into exits of the Mulloll Union prison. He's a cooperative witness. His mission has been the recording and discovery of the corrupt relatives of the former Prosecutorial Council director, Ramadan Krasniqi. The ministry is wanting to establish his release from prison as illegal.
Indication authorised by the Kosovo Police Equipment Court is intended to be declared an unacceptable test at the Court. Rejecting this evidence with precisely the motive that it is unacceptable has also called for Krasniqi's defence. This test is the key in the process, which confirms receiving large sums of money from the accused, Mulolli and a car worth over 25 thousand euros for Krasniqi's assistant, Marigona Berisha.
