Erblin Hoxha from Movement “FOL”, in a proposal for EO, has called the failure of some of the Assembly Headship meetings extremely disturbing.
He says the failure of the meetings is a total government responsibility, because it is violating the functioning of institutions.
For us, it is extremely disturbing to see such an approach, for more than 10 years we've seen a criticism of the party that is now in power with such criticism that government resources and people who have been called and paid on our heels for representing and working for us, just don't go to work, and we're seeing it now”.
“Day we have seen that the entire government cabinet has been in favour of a candidate for the capital at the time when we think the Assembly of the Parliament's Headship was held, and that is a total irresponsability of the government and directly violates the functioning and division of the powers”, Hoxha said.
On the other hand, Hoxha stressed that procrastinating to discuss many issues of importance in the Assembly would have the negative impact of pushing ahead many processes.
This has an extremely negative impact, the case of selecting the director of the Anti-corruption Agency, we have more than a month to complete the competition, and we have a large number of applicants, and the commission has not managed to start interviews and has been postponed for a long time. We also have several other processes like that of the RTK Board and other issues, and it's a big deal expected to be done, but it seems that because of local elections, they don't seem to have a top priority”, he stressed.
He even considers that the campaign would have to take place after official work hours.
“We have a direct campaign link and irresponsibly, the campaign would have to take place after 1600, because it's an official time, but I think mobilizing the ruling party and not co-ordination of jobs has done a large number of processes not to go before”
The assembly on Monday has indicated that the meeting, warned for 11: 00 p.m., is postponed for another date without specifying the reasons for the delay, neither when the next meeting will be held.
