Albin in black jeeps, his ministerial subordinates lead to Albania with the van-bus

Today, the meeting between the two governments, Albania's and Kosovo is under way. Several agreements have been signed at this meeting, ranging from the recognition of insurance, to the recognition of diplomas and to the joint abbet.

What has been observed at this meeting is the transportation of Kosovo ministers. They've come to Elbasan with a van waiting for them to leave.
