Court seeks psychiatric examination of the man who beat his wife at the market

The Constitutional Court in Pristina -- UN General Penal Department -- has ruled on the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina for the appointment of detention with proposals for psychiatric examination against defendants F.B., due to the criminal act of attack by Article 184, paragraph 1 concerning paragraph 3 submargraphy 3.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code

The judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure with proposals for psychiatric examination against defendants F.B. has approved it as a base, and the same has assigned the detention measure for a month and has ordered that psychiatric examination be conducted on the same.

Defendants F.B. has been assigned detention measure under Article 187 paragraph 1, subparagraph 1.1 and 1.2, points 1.2.2, 1.2.3, with KPP related to Article 509 pars 1 under paragraph 1 and there is suspicion of Article 1.2 and 1.3 of KPP.
